Following confirmation of the death of Earth Alliance President Louis Santiago, Vice President Morgan Clark was sworn in as president.  The ceremony took place aboard Earth Force two now on route back to Earth.

I William Morgan Clark do hearby  swear to uphold the laws of the Earth Alliance and to perform the role of president to the best of my abilities.
